Gay Marriage

Here is my prediction: The Supreme Court will overturn the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which defines marriage as being between one man and one woman.  The Court will uphold California’s Proposition 8, which defines marriage as being between one man and one woman. The decision on DOMA will be based on the 14^th Amendment, whereas the decision on Prop 8 will be based on the 10^th Amendment.
